Debbie Popiel has practiced yoga for over 20 years and completed her 200 hour certification in 2017. She teaches vinyasa flow, restorative, yin and specializes in meditation. Yoga transformed her life and she continues to live her purpose by sharing this beautiful gift with her students. She is a mom, a grandmother and originally hails from New York. An avid health enthusiast, she's a four time marathon finisher and when not on her mat, enjoys hiking, journaling, quoting movies with her family and laughing til her sides hurt.
